Excerpts from Dr. Murray Stein Youtube channel lecture.

Dr. Murray Stein on how he found out about @BTS_twt and his thoughts on BTS and the BTS ARMY:

"The members of BTS joined that group at a very young age. They were teenagers and they were spotted in various contexts of the organizers of their company.

They were chosen because of their special talents. They live together, they work together, they’re very dedicated, it’s almost like a military group. They’re on a journey together. They act as one, they all have their own personality and differences, but they’re very much a unit.

They sing about that. I’ve been contacted by many different army groups from different countries. I’ve had discussions with them and answered their questions.BTS and their army, are a very powerful movement in the world today.

"I was first introduced to BTS by a student. It was a Japanese man and he was a student of mine in Japan. He told me about BTS and I was amazed and I said well, I don’t know who BTS was at that time. I found out that they

were such a popular group. I found out my book was put on their website. Next thing I knew they were going to make an album on Map of the Soul: Persona. I was very interested to see what they were going to do with these psychological theories and concepts. I saw a film about

the United Nations and RM was speaking to the youth of the world, something about helping the youth of the world with their psychological issues. BTS is all about loving yourself & not getting too hooked on what other people think about you.

What RM said to the UN assembly is that I don’t associate with my persona, I remember who I am, I love my family, I won’t get lost in this glamorous world of celebrities. It was a very powerful statement and I adored him for that.

They touched so many lives and so many people’s emotional depth with their music. I was very happy to contribute whenever I could to their work."
